Fish can be eaten once to twice a day. Avoid those with heavy metal content such as shark, swordfish, and king mackerel. They will only disturb your body detox system. Eat more of the salmon, sardines, and white fish.
VEGETABLES. The more vegetables you eat, the better for you. So if you can have 4-10 servings in a day then the body is sure to appreciate it. Also, have variety of vegetable groups in each meal so you get to maximize different nutritional values and achieve a total body detox. The first group is composed of the green leafy vegetables such as watercress, lettuce, endive, kale, spinach, and chard.
