The Bermuda Triangle is one of the world’s biggest mysteries. 100 years ago, 1,000 people have died and disappeared in the devil’s triangle. The Bermuda Triangle is located in the Atlantic Ocean. Its bounded by Florida, Bermuda island and Puerto Rico. This topic is interesting, because numerous people have disappeared with no resolution. It created countless questions and doubts to scientist and people around the world. Finding out about the Bermuda triangle, the depth of the ocean and how the ships and planes became lost in the ocean. How Deep is the ocean in the Bermuda triangle? The Bermuda island to Florida is about 18,00 ft. deep. In the triangle the ocean is deep and tempestuous. “If you have the right atmospheric conditions, you could get quite unexpectedly high waves,” said Feit (Mayell Hilary pg.2). Florida, Bermuda island and Puerto Rico are bonded to create the Devils triangle. Pilots ended up changing the routes to get to the Bahamas. Some people say there is a magnetic force in the ocean, which pulls the planes down from the sky. The Bermuda triangle is located in the Atlantic Ocean, this ocean is extremely dangerous, because it has various high tides. The Bermuda Triangle is known to have mysteriously disappeared since the 1600s. “They used it in an article in 1964 by Vincent H. Gaddis, claimed that in this sea number of ships and planes had disappeared without explanation.” (The Unmuseum, pg. 1). There are a large number of planes and boats that have disappeared with no explanation. Several people have said Christopher Columbus found the Bermuda triangle, because his compass was acting peculiar due to the magnetic fields.
