Presently, baby boomers who are the new seniors have grown up experiencing health promotion strategies to promote a healthy lifestyle. The internet and social media provided information for the baby boomers to access, to reflect on information and explore credibility with their health care providers.
2. Mrs. X’s story validated that when a person finds meaning in one’s life and feel that her life matters and accepted as a human being, this motivates one to reflect and make a change. Empowering the individual to live out one’s life to the fullest. Everyone needs to find meaning in their life when this is not possible health
