Na’vi show how we as humanity have been trying to take everything that natives have for our the
purpose of enhancing their society, through colonization. It brings, about how the Na’vi is
mistreated in the movie because of their way of living, not being viewed as a living being,
showing how oppression continues to repeat itself.
The movie starts off in the year 2154, on a distant planet Pandora. For the sole purpose, of
exporting natural resources because humanity used up all of their natural resources on Earth.

None of this could be possible without the use of advanced technology
since technology gave humans the ability to adapt to the ecosystem that is impossible to survive.
For example, the air in Pandora is something that human cannot breathe, so they use a mask
which would provide them oxygen to breathe. In this case, it accurately depicts the ability of
humanity invention and how it can combat Pandora environment to achieve their goal.
Furthermore, in the movie, it expressed how the native society in Pandora is depicted based
on old traditional values and custom. That idea is the biggest obstacle that humanity living in
Pandora had to eliminate to proceed with their conquest towards unimaginable wealth. In
response, humanity uses their superior technology to bomb the mother of all trees causing the
Na'vi to lose hope. This event is similar to how people would spread their message and force
others to leave behind the faith that they have always followed.
Finally, the movie is shown to use color and graphics to portray a particular image for the
