Mr. Wright, Ms. Miller, and Ms. Dixon each left me with chills at the close of their performances. The way that Mr. Wright was able to perform as the archivist, swiftly moving about and then all of a sudden turning violent on the statue of Antigone was frightening and actually caused me to flinch. Ms. Miller and Ms. Dixon both carried out spectacular performances throughout the production, namely as Antigone. Both women were able to get across the emotions that their characters felt and cause the audience to empathize with them. Ms. Dixon, while she argued with the archivist, and Ms. Miller, while she attempted to contact Irene from the underworld, were both outstanding and the realistic performances impressed me. I was truly mesmerized with the digital features of this production, as it added interesting context and also pieces of history that tied into parts of the play. One of the most impactful moments of the entire production, in my opinion, was when the statue of Antigone was speaking in time with the digital Antigone on the screen. Although the sounds of the voices at times were not aligned, the meaning behind the words still took my breath
