Final Research Project Progress

Identify the Final Research Project topic. What influenced you to make this choice?
In my Final Research on animal’s cruelty, I evaluated all perspective. I choose cruelty to animals to expose the brutality that the pig had to undergo to bring a bacon and pork chops to our table. They tails were cut off with any medication to eliminate aggressive behavior. The hamburgers we eat that came from cattle that stood in tight cages for life until time for slaughter. The fried chicken and the egg that came from the chicken that had their beak was cut off with any pain killer to avoid them from picking each other to death due to over crowdedness. I want the world to know the cruelty that animals are going for society

In recent years, however, the desire for meat has come to the point where animals are being forcefully strangled to death and are being genetically manipulated to quickly grow and die. The people who have killed those animals may have had good intentions––to supply food to consumers––but the food was…

Animal cruelty has always been a challenge that gets overlooked by society in the food market. Many people do not take into consideration the life of the cow, chicken, or pig, and lots of other animals, while enjoying their juicy hamburger, chicken leg, and bacon. “An Animal’s Place” by Michael Pollan argues about animal liberation while using support from Peter Singer’s “Animal Liberation” book. Peter Singer is pro animal rights and has converted lots and outs of people over to vegetarianism, while Michael Pollan loves steak and seeks to see if Singer could convert him as well. It doesn’t sound too bad until you read what it actually is and then your head will explode. The ethical treatment of animals should be taken more seriously because of the cruelty suffered by animals at amusement events, factories and in the research field. Animals ethics is a term to describe the way the human reacts with the animal and how the animal should properly be treated. Many philosophers believe that since animals doesn’t have the moral judgement that humans have, then anyone can do whatever they want to do them because they don’t know right from wrong. An animal is very important, the animal will know if what is happening to them is normal or not, many things people do to them wouldn’t be something they experience on a daily basis. Animals doesn't deserve to be treated any differently than humans.…

Many show that a major issue in animal welfare should be solved by vegetarianism and not torture animals to get their meat. As Freeman argues, “animals used for food in the United States are commonly treated like unfeeling tools of production, rather than living, feeling animals,” (Freeman 170). Many feel the need to reduce meat because of animal cruelty, and not because of the welfare of the…
