This report is essential for universities and colleges across Canada to understand the importance of ethics and the correlation between ethical decision-making and their students. What is Ethical Decision-Making?

Ethical decision-making is decisions made by a person based on their morals, values and standards. To really understand what ethical decision-making is, you must first understand the definition of “ethics”. Ethics is defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary as “a set of moral principles”. (Merriam-Webster,2014) When someone makes an ethical decision, they take into consideration their own personal values. “Is this the right thing to do?
