This is a response to your concerns for May's rent.

Rent is late on the 4th of each month and there is a late fee of $100.00.
Then we do file eviction on the 10th of each month and there is $200.00 eviction fee too.

I can work with you with a payment agreement if you have half of your rent we can do payment agreement

By what day can you pay your rent?
