Introduction The leadership style of Quint Studer reminds me of a bulb, not because the Studer Group and Foundation carries his name has a bulb in the logo, on the contrary, it encourages to “be the bulb.” As described by Cokeley in (2012) an electric current flowed through a filament of carbonized thread and brought the world into light on New Year’s Eve 1879. It was Edison’s vision, and willingness to share that created dynamic change. Both Edison and Studer are exemplar they set raised bar, and have offered (Psalm119:105) light unto the path of many. His straightforward style is no less than genius is as it involves a flywheel, pillars, and organizational change.…

I have performed with flag corps for the last three years which were named: Groovy Baby, Muevas Sus Huesos, Seven years. Prior to this, I was not very athletic and had no dance background.…

Essay Dwight D. Eisenhower once said, “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.” In other words, the key to be a successful leader that the people love, is to have the respect and compassion for the citizens that you are ruling. Similarly in Macbeth by William Shakespeare, once Macbeth started to alienate his close friends and forget who he truly is, he started to focus more on the power aspect rather than having integrity for the people. Collaborative leadership is the way to go because it gives people, the environment of being together as one, rather than being forced to agree with someone…

During my freshman year, I participated in teaching in the cheer clinic. I was assigned certain younger kids and taught them cheers and chants for football games. By standing up in front of the little kids, I lead them through the motions and set an example of what it should look like. I showed characteristics of leadership by remaining optimistic and not getting frustrated with the younger kids, and also by the responsibility of making sure they each knew the cheer and by watching over them. This is one example of how I showed leadership at school.…
