The new idea of humanism influenced the way the art was painted. It was a way of showing their human interest, needs and abilities. Since this was a huge impact in art, there are two periods made of this Renaissance art. The Early Renaissance was a time for artists to think about the perfect form of a human body. It was highly focused on symmetry and posture. The second period was called the High Renaissance. This time, artists focused on perspective and shading; anything that would make the artwork more realistic. Leonardo Da Vinci was one of the many famous artists who thrived during this time. Science brought a new way of thinking. It wasn't about guessing or dealing with what you had. It was about questioning and inquiring. During this period many famous scientist began thinking in a new way. Francis Bacon, Galileo, Rene Descartes, and Isaac Newton were scientist who took it to another level by making ground breaking discoveries that would change the future. The scientific method came together during this time. This allowed scientist to have controlled experiments and a process to go through, making it easier to progress. Another form of science that became popular was astronomy. With astronomy new inventions came about. One of them being the telescope. This allowed for more accuracy during experiments.
