In this position, the remote intake agent will be tasked with answering incoming calls and assigning cases to the nurses and physicians on call. It requires some data entry, medical knowledge and critical thinking skills.

Background Investigator
This position is one that requires a car and a computer. Most background investigators work in the field, but they can schedule their own day. For example, the position requires you to interview subjects as well as their neighbors and friends. Those appointments can be scheduled at night when people are home from work. Background Investigators work within a 50-mile radius of their home and are required to pay for tolls and parking as needed. Expenses are reimbursed later.
