Remington College Weaknesses

When looking at the weaknesses of Remington College, the first weakness that must be evaluated is the small classroom size that offers its students the one on one teacher student connection as they move to on-line classes room settings. The reason that I say this is a weakness is that his connection could be lost in the on-line classroom environment leaving students to feel that the organization and its leadership is not connected with them as students (McHenry & McCall, 2014). The lack of connection in the school’s leadership is one that needs to be addressed by the direction as the program grows and focus on the needs of the students and staff (Werry, 2002).
