Relocation For Labor Case Study

The Relocation for Labor program would be a government funded operation with a joint handling with the US embassies around the world. The first to test this program would be the embassy located in Mexico City, Mexico. Foreigners who wish to immigrate to the US would follow standard procedures the same as obtaining a traveling Visa, applicants would submit an application at an embassy. Once the application is submitted background checks would be performed and applicants will be placed in a database available for all businesses located in the US. If chosen the applicant would be granted immediate work release Visa rights and allowed to cross into US territory. It is the businesses responsibility to provide a per diem for the immigrant for a maximum of 90 days to get food and housing, after said time period a special tax will be withheld from each paycheck until the cost of visa and future citizenship paperwork is paid off. The first step of this program is to have a background check and application where applicants place all of their skills and education level, along with if they spoke English or not. In doing so this will change the views Americans have and false stereotypes. Relocation for Labor has the potential to change the future on how people hire and select candidates for employment. The benefits with employees working for citizenship give both reduced cost labor due a portion of their checks going towards the fees of citizenship and a for someone who would never be able to get access to the necessary help to become legal otherwise. Americans who don’t feel we need to bring immigrants in for work fear that immigrants will wind up replacing them. But this shouldn’t spark fear in hatred but competition to strive to be better.
