Sacrificing the right of one for another does nothing causes tension and frustration, and possibly breaking the law, such as what Tina is experiencing in this situation. Tina feels she has a right to practice her belief, and yes she does, but Tina also needs to understand that by asserting dominance over another person, you are minimizing another’s rights, practices and beliefs. According to (Institute for Humanist Studies, 2009), “Religious freedom is already protected under the law”. This is covered under the first amendment, stating “free exercise of religion”. The university is doing such by ensuring neutrality and common ground in the group, so all can be included and practice in equally non-biased
