I believe in many things and I believe everyone in the world has something they believe in. I think that the belief in anything other than yourself makes you in some way religious and I would view Mircea Eliade’s quote as fitting this statement. I find it helpful to see that quotes like this that is indicative of things that I find true myself. To see that I am not the only person that believes religion can be something more than just going to church every Sunday. That is why when I started reading these definitions my central focus was finding something that follow along the ideas of what I was already thinking. I view this quote as talking about the human-to-human interaction because we as humans are always interacting with each other and these interactions come with religious beliefs, let them be traditional or abstract
