Relaxed Dress Code

Starting of with the dress code, it should be formal wear. Having a relaxed dress code or not one at all gives people the sense of no discipline in the workplace and it is not as strict. On a given five day week, one day should be dedicated for relaxed wear. Monday through Thursday should be formal suits or pants and button up dress shirt tucked in for the men. Women should be in formal suit or pants with button up dress shirt with no cleavage showing.

Fridays should relaxed wear because then they see their boss as some what of a fun guy who has some reasonable ideas. With a day dedicated for relaxed wear it makes the employees feel like the workplace is still employee friendly and that it is not all strict. Relaxed wear should be a
