It can turn their world upside down and inside out. It even hurts people so much because it signifies the loss of the relationship, shared dreams and commitments. When feelings of intense pain, great disappointment, anger and grief are around, a relationship break-up advice list can be very helpful for people to recover.

Instead, talk about some other things that matters to you and try to enjoy them. Being with family, friends and support groups would be a great idea.

Other than, you can do something that you've always wanted to do before. Cook like a pro, paint like Pablo Picasso, dance like you're a professional and learn other things. This is absolutely the best time to channel negative energies into positive ones and be productive.
