It is made clear that the biggest barrier to development is not 'I can't but 'I don't want to.' To counteract this, a new and positive outlook towards skill development should be created that also helps counteract these misconceptions. People should be prepared to change aspects of their behavior in exchange for learning and development. These can vary from person to person since learning certain skills may come across as easier to some but harder to others. Just because one must work hard to gain these does not mean it should serve as an excuse to not take it
