The worker contacted Mr. Serbando Secunido who is the cousin of Osvaldo Ibarra. The worker asked Mr. Secunido if he had any safety concerns for Osvaldo raising his daughter Faithlynn Ibarra. Mr. Sucunido stated “No Osvaldo does a good job taking care of his daughter especially as a man he keeps her neat and well dressed. He does a great job in my opinion. My only concern is for Faithlynn’s mother Amy Montelongo because she has a history of drug use. I don’t speak to Amy any more because she tried to call DHS on me accusing me of being a bad father.
