In my point of view, according to Of Mice and Men, the ending of a story explained the last relationship between George and Lennie. George contributed the final destination of Lennie life by shot him. Euthanasia is a good word for description of situation. From the beginning story, Lennie completed everything depend upon George. Although Lennie had a lot of troubles, but Gerorge protected and warmed him every time. Also, Lennie was an incurably ill person that Geroge tried to help him. The last occurrence was made Geroge very sorrowful and unhappy by Lennie killed Currey’s wife. This is a turning point that Lennie was dead by Geroge without his request.
