3.0 INTRODUCTION
This chapter explains the method used to study the relationship between independent variable and the dependent variable. The chapter outline is research design, theoretical framework and the source of data, population frame, the sample of sampling technique, the measurement, the collection and administration of data and finally the technique of analyzing data
3.1 RESEARCH DESIGN
One way to carry out this research successfully is by implementing the research design framework. It is a general plan on how to answer the research question. Research design will also contain clear objectives which are derived from the research questions, specify the resources from data collection and consider the constraints at presence (Saunders

The purpose of using primary data is to describe, predict and survey design lends itself to descriptive purposes (Leedy & Omrod 2001).The unit of analysis in this research is employee performance based on training implementation. All variable are measured using 5 – point, like scale which signify

1= strongly agree 2= agree 3= neutral 4=disagree 5= strongly disagree
All questionnaires will be distributed to Business students in UNITEN. All data will be collected from the selected companies and respondent will be based on willingness and their convenience to participate in this research. This sector is chosen because is the sole provider of services. To increase the respond rate, a notice will be made and sent before the questionnaire are distributed in order to increase the respond rate.
Statistical data, reliability test will be conducted to test the internal consistency of the method. This analysis will use statistical package for social science (SPSS). Other than that. The correlation and regression analysis will be conducted to test the hypothesis.

3.2 THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
3.2.1 Independent variable
In this study, the researcher selects the following as independent variable: Attitude
3.2.2 Dependent variable
In this research, the researcher selects communication as the dependent

In this research, the first step is compiling the information from the questionnaires and checks the data precisely.
All statistical analysis will be carried out using the (SPSS). All the data should be browsed and treated for errors and missing value. This research uses descriptive, reliability test, correlation and linear regression analysis.
Descriptive statistics are used to describe the basic features of the data in a study. They provide simple summaries about the sample and the measures. Together with simple graphics analysis, they form the basis of virtually every quantitative analysis of data. It includes the calculation of mode, mean median, standard deviation and minimum and maximum variables and skewness. linear regression is an approach for modeling the relationship between a scalar dependent variable and one or more explanatory variable. Regression analysis identifies the relationship between training and performance which consists of attitude, job satisfaction and service delivery as independent variable and performance as dependent
