Relationship Between Duncan And Lady Macbeth

Duncan seems to be to be a respected King. Also Duncan seems to have a good nature for the people he goes around. Duncan is the king of Scotland and has great respect for the people that fight for his land. After the battle was over and Duncan had heard of the great news that Macbeth and Banque had won the battle and made a treaty telling other side that they must pay $10,000 dollars in order to just have the men from the other side buried. When Duncan had heard of this he had such great happiness. That is when Duncan had decided he wanted to make Macbeth the thane of Cawdor. Duncan had pronounced that Macbeth was the new thane of Cawdor (Act 1 scene 4 lines 28 threw lines 34). When the King arrived and was getting greeted by Lady Macbeth, Lady Macbeth had pronounced that she was delighted to have the king there and that everything in the house was the kings they was just keeping them for Duncan. As it seems to me that everyone at the time that was around the king had respect for him other than Lady Macbeth wanting to kill Duncan and blame it on the servants just so Macbeth could be king.
