I think Guinevere’s feelings towards marrying Arthur are she was alright with the marriage at first and cared for Arthur, but after spending time Lancelot she wanted to be with him rather than Arthur. She doesn’t love Arthur, but she doesn’t hate him since she never refuses to marry him. Guinevere does returns to Arthur after she runs away with Lancelot without too much of a fight from her. The marriage is mostly political, since Guinevere married up from being nobility to the queen of Britain. Also, her father’s reaction of how he needs to give Arthur his Round Table, knights, and his land as gifts for selecting Guinevere as his bride shows her father wanted the marriage for the fact his daughter is marrying up in society.
