1.1- Abuse: when someone uses another badly or wrongly, a person (victim) is treated cruelly or someone (abuser) acts violently towards another person (victim) or animal. When someone (abuser) speaks offensively or insultingly to someone else (victim) or to generally mistreat a person or animal.
