The author’s subject matter in this article is relational maintenance behaviors. The author’s focused on three types relational maintenance behaviors. The author’s chose undergraduate students from midsized university to participate in this research. The researchers found 371 participants from different ethnicity. The participants had to do an online survey regarding questions about their friends. The limitation for this research was the participant can’t select family members or romantic partners.
