Relating food to criminal justice was reaching for me. However, there is in my opinion a direct correlation to healthy food and behavior. Eating nutrient rich food is directly related to behavior. I love good food. I love to cook all sorts of food. When I was younger it was a treat to get McDonalds or some other fast food. It’s very rare if I choose to eat fast food. I can’t remember the last time I had fast food. I get a lot more satisfaction making my own interpretation and tend to use a lot fresher veggie. Fast food is a phenomenon for a quick fix that doesn’t provide a lot of satisfaction. It noticeably makes you feel sluggish and in turn is very fattening.
