ANG PROBLEMA

Introduksyon Ang lawak ng pinag-aralan ng isang mag-aaral sa akademya ay maaaring malaman sa markang nakukuha niya sa panahong ginugugol niya sa pag-aaral. Pinaniniwalaang ang grado o marka ay isang tagapagpahiwatig ng isang pagkatuto. Kung ang isang mag-aaral ay nakakuha man ng isang mataas na marka, ito’y nagpapakita na siya ay marami nang natutunan sa panahon ng kanyang pag-aaral; samantalang kung mababa naman, ito ay nangangahulugang di gaanong karamihan ang kaalamang kanyang natutunan. Gayon pa man, marami nang karanasan at pag-aaral ang nagpatunay na may iba pang mga salik na nakakaapekto sa nakukuhang marka ng isang bata. Ilan sa mga salik na ito ay ang kasarian, ang IQ, ang kanilang study habits, ang edad, at antas sa paaralan, ang pang-edukasyong kakayahan ng magulang, mga kaganapan sa kapaligiran, ang bilang ng mga kapatid, at iba pa. Sa katunayan, halos lahat ng mga salik – mapa-kalikasan man o personal – ay maaaring makaapekto sa academic performance ng isang mag-aaral. Ang pagtanggap sa responsibilidad na ito ay nagpapahiwatig ng pagkakaintindi sa mga prayoridad, desisyon, “habits”, at pinagmulan Having a clear sense of who you are, including your beliefs and values, instead of letting others dictate what you say, do, and believe, will also help you to be more successful on the path you choose. Next, you need to establish your goal. What is it that you are trying to accomplish through studying? What is motivating you? After these questions are answered, you can better arrange your priorities in order to be successful at reaching your goal. Remember, your goal and priorities should be dictated by you, not by the people who surround you. Finding the times and places when and where you do the best work is essential to being successful and reaching your goals. Are you more alert in the morning or the early evening? This will help you decide when you should schedule study time. Also, make sure you have a room or quiet place that is set up for studying. It should be free from distractions, climate-controlled, and hold everything you need to have an effective study session (a calculator, a ruler, textbooks, notebooks, a dictionary, computer,
