Employment is a major element of QOL because it affects many other important elements in QOL. Taylor’s unemployment may cause life style consequences such as financial hardship, inadequate recreational opportunities and loss of independence and also found difficulty in maintaining social relationship. Cognitive and communicative impairments after TBI are often common. Cognitive disturbances may disrupt number of elements of cognition including memory, orientation and attention and functioning. Therefore, it is necessary to provide cognitive and behavioral therapies along with drug therapy to help Taylor to manage the above concerns. Taylor is experiencing sensory loss, sleep disturbance, sexual dysfunction and medical complications. He is undergoing sleep issues due to respiratory problems after the injury. It is followed immediately after or instead of acute care hospitalisation. This provides intensive multidisciplinary approach to TBI and SCI patients after a motor vehicle accident. Rehabilitation services, as well as community-based non-medical services, are required to optimise outcomes over the path of recovery. Patient should have access to rehabilitation services through the entire course of recovery, which will continue for many years after the injury. The services required will alter as the person's needs change over time. During rehabilitation patients may require psychological assistance and follow up programs. Further studies are needed to better understand QOL and TBI/SCI patients’ rehabilitation over a pilot study using a multi-disciplinary approach and to connect it to physical activity and lifestyle changes to increase health of patients like
