The purpose of the implementation Guide is to provide support to the learning support teams (trainers, training organisations, assessors…etc.) in the delivery of learning and training packages by providing information and guidance about the features, foundation , structure and pathways of the training package.
2. What does the Guide say about Training and Assessment Pathways?
We can define the meaning of pathway as: “strategies and learning plans or experience that can be followed to prove the capability of a person”. Pathways also outlines the ways training and assessment in Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) is delivered, they are not compulsory and would differ depending on the training programs or the qualification of the individual.
