I understand the importance of being clear and thorough with patients and other medical professionals, am and excellent listener, and perform well under pressure. I love patient care and I love what I do for my patients. I feel process improvement is always continual and I personally feel compelled to help improve my workplace because it’s not only good for the patients but it’s good for me and my coworkers.
Through my nursing experience, I have gained a broad knowledge of clinical experiences and skills in the medical-surgical nursing and have developed a special interest in this field. In addition, my work experience have also taught me how to plan and prioritize care, develop exceptional time management skills, and work with patients of diverse cultural backgrounds. I have gained experience in all aspects in the role of the nurse including: manager of care, patient advocate, teacher, communicator, and caregiver.
