It was better to be in the plastics, hating life, than to not be at all. When the new homeschooled girl, Cady comes to school she is welcomed by Janis and Damon. Then Regina invites her to sit with her group at lunch. Ironically Janis hates Regina, and they used to be best friends in middle school until Regina didn’t invite Janis to her birthday party because she thought she was a lesbian. Regina got everyone at school to not talk to Janis. Then Janis came up with an idea to ruin Regina’s life through Cady. In the process Cady becomes just like Regina. She took over the group, and Regina decided to get revenge herself. She had a burn book that said mean things and contain secrets about everyone in the high school. So, she took the book and made it look like Cady was the owner of the book by writing something about herself and got everyone to believe her. Her objective throughout the whole film is to control everyone. The book hurt a lot of people’s feelings and she took it out on everyone for her own selfish revenge. Which just goes to show how manipulative she is, and how she loves to belittle
