I just forward your refund request to Liz our other Member Services admin to see if she can process one $11.00 shipping fee for the combined certificate order I processed today. Both of our orders will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day today. They are in the same envelope. I told Liz to follow up with you as soon as she gets confirmation we can process the refund. You might hear back from her sometime tomorrow.
