Refrigerate My E-Juice

Decent Essays
Whether you are an experienced or new vaper, the first and foremost thing that you should be aware of is the proper storage of your e-liquid. Although many fellow vapers will tell you that it is paramount that you refrigerate your juice, I am here to tell you that that isn't true at all. In actuality, it can cause a big problem with the flavor of your juice and can ultimately make it taste bad. The truth to properly storing e-juice is to maintain it in a cool, dark area. This will ultimately extend the longevity and freshness of any e-juice. So before you place your juice in the fridge, keep in mind that you are risking your juice's quality.

The cold could affect the flavor so much that your juice may become unvaperable. Because of your E-juice's concentration, the cold may cause your flavors to re-crystallize. This is not good since the flavors are already instilled with crystals. Not only would it be impossible to vape a flavor that has re-crystallized, but you might have to just start over new.

Another good reason to avoid the use of a fridge is that there is a high probability of bacteria hanging out in it. This bacteria could easily invade your e-liquid as water begins to condense in the bottles above your liquid. This condensation will easily attract bacterial growth.

With all of the possible problems that could occur, it is better to just not take the risk. By storing your e-liquid in a cool, dark space will guarantee your continued vaping experience. But, if you absolutely need to store it in your refrigerator, try to allow only a short period of time. Unless you plan to vape the e-liquid that you refrigerate right away then you should have no problems with the coldness.

Long story short, it is unnecessary to store your e-liquid in your refrigerator. Storing them in a dark, cool area is more ideal. It will ensure that your e-liquid flavors will be maintained and will last longer with no possible way of attracting
