1. What did you think at the time of the experience?

I thought at the time that I may just be being overly cautious about medications in regards to my patient.

2. What was the outcome of your thoughts or actions? (Considering course and professional expectations, what did you do well, what did you omit, and what would you have done differently?)

The outcome resulted in the patient receiving a medication order that didn’t impact their blood pressure as much.
