STUDENT NAME: DANISH ZAMAN
STUDENT NUMBER: 1431203 In this project my first target is to learn that how the project management works in a company. But for the project the client want to deliver such type of project which completes there requirements. Firstly, the organization or the company wants to make such a secure technology which helps them for the payment by face. Our group is used face recognition technologies to execute this technology in future. In this unit I learnt a lot and know about the management techniques to make such kind of projects as per client requirements. The methodology which we used in our project is PRINCE2 (Projects in controlled environment). PRINCE2 is a very effective project management because of it contains a lot good description and a clear idea about the project. In this project management methodology contains such type of documents which explain the PRINCE2 like RACI Matrix, Project Initiation Documents (PIDs), risk management, issues logs, Gantt chart, lesson learned report and social media like FB page to advertise and making a video etc. To complete this project we need to go step by step and our group leader assign different tasks to the group member to give responsibilities to other and to work in a group which is a good experience for all of us.

The role which assigns the group leader to me is to Project Initiation Documents (PIDs).During my this project I have learned something which I want to write in my Reflective Report because I feel it’s good for me to share my knowledge during my Project which helps me a lot. There are some strengths and some weakness which I felt during my project which are given below.
• I generally attend all my lectures and listening my tutor which helps me a lot in our Project.
• I generally do not disrupt in between when someone else is speaking.
• I actively listen to the person and try to give to the point
