Just like in any other sport, e-sports have encounter the issue of creating team tranquility an cooperation in order to achieve the one goal of a championship. To combat this issue professional team have started to hire professional managers in order to organize and delegate team problem in order to achieve their goals. Although I myself am not part of any professional team, I believe that any game that involves the cooperation between multiple people to achieve a end goal requires some form of management. I myself after taking this class have realized how I have failed a leader in managing a guild that I created. When I was eighteen I started playing multiplayer game called Guild Wars 2, being optimistic I created my guild as fast as I could with no goal in mind for the guild, but just for the satisfaction of being the leader of one. Real quick the guild began to grow with peak amount of members being around 50 people from different areas of the world, and quickly became good friends a handful of the members. Soon after I started to promote these individuals to position of powers as I was getting ready to head to college; Unfortunately without leaving any goals for the guild or any type of communication for the leaders to reach me, the guild was completely dismantled by the time I returned to the game. After taking this management class I came to terms that it was not the leaders fault for the failure of the guild, but instead my own fault for not giving a clear vision of what I dreamed for the guild to be. If I were to remake the guild I would take the necessary steps in order to create a better environment for the guild, the major one being is to set a long term goal of creating a community for casual players to have fun. One step I could have taken to achieve this goal would have been to set up a Twitter and Facebook for the members in
