Reflection On Loneliness

I believe myself to be rehabilitated in full. My incident was a time where I made a mistake that I never have before. Since that time, I have set hours to complete all community service and ordered counseling. I started my community service and counseling right away as I know how important it is to complete what is ordered. By December 10, I plan to have all community service completed. I am working at a community tutoring center and a state park in order to complete my hours. By the end of December, I plan to complete my alcohol counseling. I realize how important counseling is and I believe I will learn the most from this part of my sentence. I will be able to talk about the effects of alcohol, triggers,

I am a strong student with multiple jobs and respect from everyone I meet. This has caused me to be in situations that I never thought I would be in. This is extremely difficult for me as I never saw myself as this person. I kept thinking it was a dream and that it wasn’t happening to me. Now, I realize that this is me. I made a mistake and I am learning from it. No, I would have never been in this predicament, but I am and it happened. I am dealing with this process with a strong mind and learning from every step. I was traveling north in a 25 mph zone. I turned to the street of the acquaintance and that is when a police car behind me turned his lights on and pulled me over. He stated that I was traveling at around 35 mph before I turned off. The police officer stated that he could smell alcohol. I was honest and told the officer that I had been drinking earlier in the night. I was told to step out of the car and then I was given the horizontal gaze nystagmus test, but due to scoliosis, I was not able to perform any other tests. At this point, the officer had me complete a breath test. The test resulted in a blood alcohol level above .08, the legal limit. I was then put under arrest for suspected driving under the influence. I was then transported to the local station in order to perform evidentiary breath tests. I was given two tests which resulted in .149 for the first and .146 for the second. I was then booked on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence and served with an Officer’s Certification of Cause, Notice of Revocation for Illegal Per Se. After some time at the local station, I was taken down to a main station in Reno, NV. I was given a medical exam, body search, and took booking photos. I was given the right to call to whoever I wish and was able to sit in the common room to due being
