What type of aspiring reflective learner are you? Why are you behaving this way? Is this the characteristic of a developing reflective learner? I began to reflect on my previous college studies and I came to the realisation that this is why I wasn’t successful in continuing my studies. I knew I could not be a failure, I had to build up my self confidence and I pull myself together. That’s when I decided I need to plan and prioritize; this is the only way I’m going to get my work completed efficiently. I grabbed my planner and my pen and started writing my assignments in the chorological order as they would be completed. I then planned my work schedule and established which days and how much surveys I would tackle per week. This was relaxing; I know that becoming a reflective learner has many benefits to be endured. It is my priority to comprehend and apply self-reflective skills and attitudes to all areas of my life. It will significantly benefit me in the professional
