There are many leadership theories and styles have been evolved in an attempt to provide and suggest a proper methods and ways to help leaders drive organization to be more effective. However, today’s organization is different than before. As our knowledge of organization changes, our understanding of leadership is as a result changed overtime. Today’s leadership requires empowering others through sharing information, and authority to make decision and take actions. Leader needs to create an environment that encourages the development of skills, learning and openness so that those on their team can participate in the development of financial and human resources. 1. Leadership definition
What is Leadership?
There are a many different definitions and interpretation for the term of “Leadership”. However, leadership can simply defined as it is a process that an individual positively exercise influence over a group of people to award achieving a common goal. Leader is the person who set directions and influence others to follow that direction. We also emphasize the importance of a leader's character and integrity in building up the trust necessary for the leadership process.
