Inclusion as an ideal and it is practical but there are some benefits and drawbacks. One goal of inclusion is for every school to be ready in advance, to accept children with diverse abilities. think inclusion means full children with diverse abilities in all aspects of schooling that other children are able to access and enjoy. The benefits are the teacher view. The teacher view each child as an individual with unique strengths and needs regardless of what diagnosis they might have, or what category they might fit into. Inclusion is about problem solving and teacher use the book as a tool to teach them overcome some of the barriers to the inclusion of diverse learners. The class participate with group of children, the teachers are busy and teach higher level skills in class. The main drawbacks in inclusive, there will be a children with severe problems with mental, physical and behavioural disabilities. This often affect all learning process in the classroom. The sun skills gradually, they need some gradual integration to include them in inclusive setting. The drawbacks are they are not getting enough support from the teachers have the ability focus on the class as a whole. School are not suppose to many children in a class. For example if there are six children with disability in one classroom. It is very hard for the teacher to manage the class. Integration should depend on the ability of the child to be integrated.
