I talk to him yesterday to bring the paperwork and give it to the shift supervisor but nothing was put on my desk. His shift is from 12:30A-9A. I’ll get with the shift Supervisor and see if he got something.

On your email 7/18 you mention that you received documentation form him to return to work, does it states July 18th? Just so I can match up.
