Arriving to Hillcrest on the first day of my internship, I had numerous goals set for the semester. I spent my first few weeks putting together objectives on how I was going to attain those goals. My first goal was to successfully complete a major project. Once I was given the TWC Grant as my major assignment, I determined how I was going to successfully carry this project out. As time progressed and I learned more about the different processes of the TWC Grant, many existing objectives changed and new ones were developed. Another goal I had was to build my network and get my name known throughout the facility, and even the Baylor Scott and White system.
