What makes you different is what you hold inside frame of reference. We all have different perspective on a particular things or ideas we discuss so we usually disagree on some points we talk because most of us not aware of frame of reference. Each individual views the world from a frame of reference (2) that is unique and personal. What makes us unique and different from everyone is our frame of reference, in class we call it ‘for’ so do not get confused when I say that. Have you ever get bored when your friend talk to you until you do not listen what she/he says? In these simple scenario there is a huge problem, when you talk you should consider what your audience will be interested in, meaning you have to be audience centered. Audience center (3) is a powerful approach to help you really connect and make a difference, rather than just making a conversation, speech or presenting dry knowledge. This will help you and your audience to get straight up what you are talking about and make them interested like you are and to be an audience centered you have to put your ‘for’ whether you are speaker or listening. Feedback (4) is your audience’s response; it enables you to evaluate the effectiveness of your message. If your audience doesn’t understand what you mean, you can tell by the response and then refine the message
