According to my results form the first time I took the leisure motivation assessment, being competitive was one of the least important motivation for my leisure choices. However, after experiencing the rope course, I realized that competing was a motivation to engage in some of these challenges. I was trying to do better than some of my classmates. I was happy when they were able to accomplish their challenges, but at the same time I did not want to stay behind, so I kept telling my self that I could do it too. Another leisure motivation that I was not aware of is gain other’s respect. Every time I did well in a challenge my classmates congratulated me; I felt like they respected me for trying hard, and doing a good job. Satisfying leisure experiences are important during our live time to feel happy and gratify. According to the Leisure Motivations Assessment some of my main leisure motivation are: -------------------. Moreover, I was able to compare and contrast my pro-assessment results with my pre-experience expectations. I was able to recognize that my post assessment result support some of my pre-experiences expectations. For example, motivation. On the other hand, I also found some significant differences of specific motivation. Such as, --------. Overall, the rope course experience was very rewarding and I learn that in the future I will continue experience new adventures in order to learn about myself. On the top of that, I learned that I could accomplish anything in life if I try my best. Furthermore, the rope course is a great experience for our personal development. I will highly recommend the rope course to other supervisors. Then again, the supervisor must take in consideration the cost and time that implies to do the rope
