Let me start by saying I joined the collaboration over the phone this week since my computer would not connect. The only thing I did not like was that I was unable to voice my opinion and join in the discussions. You talked about the CACFP program and I do participate in this program. I am glad to be a part of this because I have a lot of minority families here and they do not eat the typical fruits and vegetables like me. With this being said we offer lots of new fruits and vegetables into their diets. Also, I have serving bowls placed on the table with table spoons in them so the children can practice serving themselves. My rule is one tablespoon of everything and if you would like seconds you may have more. The other thing I implement here
