I’m happy as I am and enjoy decent health were I get sick every once and awhile but otherwise am in decent health. I usually go for a walk in the evening with my significant other, son and our dog. This maintains my physical wellbeing and I enjoy the family walks to decompress and talk about their days and what happened to them. I also get to talk about my day but maintaining a good physical wellbeing means I will live longer to torment my significant other and to see our wonderful son grow up into cross my fingers a well-adjusted man. A physical wellbeing also means less days off work for doctor appointments and feeling ill. This means more days of PTO time spent on vacations and much needed days off if I need to destress from a particularly stressful day at work (Seaward, 2015).
My spiritual wellbeing is the green portion of my mandala. My spiritual wellbeing is very similar to my physical wellbeing.
