Reflective Essay Management
For this assignment the initial actions that I took in order to move towards the goal were to offer my thoughts and ideas on what company should be chosen and where would be best to research and investigate to create a positive outcome.

I think the lack of critical evaluation in relation to Tesco’s approach was also the key reason that there was a lack of theoretical ties and concepts which overall hindered the presentation.
After the presentation of the poster as a group we realised we understood the subject very well but did not relate it to theory or concepts and this lack of underpinning did not allow the presentation to be as good as it could have been also as the theory was a critical area of the whole thing I believe we lost a key opportunity to convey the group and my own understanding of the module as a whole.
