There have been many revolving changes in my life, however, one aspect has remained constant, my passion for healthcare and leadership. Throughout my lifespan most of my leadership was silent, being a model student and taking lead in projects. I was driven by the hunger to succeed and never seized to let circumstances nor obstacles of daily life halt me. Above it all, consistently I developed and sustained strong connections with individuals without much effort. My relationship buildings skills were obscured and I often wonder why individuals easily confined in me and respected my advice. Diligently segregating my personal values and beliefs from other individuals is an aspect that comes naturally. As I gained self-awareness, I realized that a lot of it had to do with my appreciation and respect for individualism.

Continuously, there was always something that resonated with me, that all individuals, whether they were giving the service or receiving the service, they were linked to a leader.
