Reflection On Peasant Forever

Improved Essays
It’s been a journey for our group, as we experienced ups and down together. It is our first time to be together and we had a lot of things to do as we have a shorter time to do the PSA. My group consist Ryan, Josh, Priscilla, and Meihe. It didn’t feel awkward at first but after knowing them, I felt left out in the group, which I will explain more soon. The PSA we did is about Pheasant Forever, a non-profit organization, which their mission is to preserve pheasants habitat by growing food plot. For this project, Josh is the director, Ryan as the editor, Meihe as the camera, Priscilla as the production manager, and myself as the audio director. During this project, I have to comment on one thing, which is communication. The group communication …show more content…
There is one thing that I have to comment on, I felt like he doesn’t really listen to me and everytime I tried give my opinion, he tend not to listen to me and just do his way. There was one time when teaching Meihe how to zoom smoothly using the zoom controller on the right side of the camera. I told her to use the top zoom button because the speed is controlled and you just need to press the button. That moment, I felt like he ignored me, and from that moment, I felt a bit uncomfortable in the …show more content…
I appreciate her that she checked out the camera 2 days before the shoot to learn how to use it. She did a great job in taking the shots. I share her my technique on shooting and she listens and tend to adopt it. I tried to teach her more but she tend to asked Ryan as they were together from the previous shoot. There time when I could share her a better technique but I just can’t. But overall, she did a fantastic job!
There are some aspect where this production can be improved. First is communication. Our communication was not that clear and there times when I feel like we are not doing progress. Second is the bond, in this project, I felt a bit left out, unlike my first production. I think the 2 factors that I mentioned is the only thing where we can improve. The overall product is great, and I am satisfied with the product, although I felt that we can do better than that If we just have more time, and a better
