Vaughn offers a lot of great educational opportunities, from trips around the world to AP classes. One of the classes I am taking as a senior this year is AP Calculus. At first all you had to do to get into the class was sign up, but as more people became interested we eventually had to take a placement test. After I was made aware that I scored well enough to get into the class I was given a summer packet that was about 30 pages long. Most of the material was vaguely taught by our teacher and the rest we had to learn through videos online. This class has changed me overall as a student, I have worked harder than I ever have this year and will prove it with my grades.
